Dr. Orville W. McLenan is a board-certified urologist with extensive experience in general urology, minimally invasive treatments, and reconstructive techniques. He provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on advanced diagnostics and effective surgical management.

Dr. McLenan has been in private practice in Freeport, New York since 1999, providing comprehensive urologic care across a wide range of conditions. He completed extensive training through New York University School of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals, gaining experience in both general and specialized urologic care.

His clinical interests include the management of urologic cancers, urethral strictures, and minimally invasive treatments, supported by a strong foundation in research and academic contributions.

Dr. McLenan has conducted research in urologic oncology and minimally invasive therapies, including work on Uroplakin II as a biomarker for transitional cell carcinoma and the use of holmium laser technology for urethral strictures.

He has presented at the Ferdinand C. Valentine Resident Essay Meeting and has publications in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Urology.
