Working closely with your urologist and the rest of your care team, your Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent point of contact—offering education, coordination, and emotional support. They will reach out following your diagnosis discussion to help you understand your options, arrange consultations, and coordinate any additional tests or procedures you may need.
