Dr. Riccardo Ricciardi, Jr. is a board-certified urologist and partner at Integrated Medical Professionals, recognized as a UroLift® Center of Excellence provider for his expertise in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Ricciardi has built a distinguished career in urology, combining advanced surgical expertise with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. He began his academic journey at Skidmore College, graduating from Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors in biochemistry, before earning his medical degree from New York Medical College.

He completed his surgical training at North Shore University Hospital / Cornell Medical College and went on to complete his urology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center. He further specialized with fellowship training in erectile dysfunction under Dr. Arnold Melman.

Before the age of 40, Dr. Ricciardi was appointed Director of Urology at both Flushing Hospital Medical Center and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he oversaw urologic care across large multidisciplinary teams.

Dr. Ricciardi serves on multiple internal subcommittees at Integrated Medical Professionals, helping to guide quality of care initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
